Solana Sponsorships Errors

All errors follow the JSON-RPC 2.0 error shape. The message describes the specific failure. KoraClient throws them as a KoraError with the same code, message, and data.

What to do

-32603 Insufficient Pimlico balance

A transaction without a token payment is charged to your Pimlico balance, and your balance is used up. Top up your balance in the dashboard. data.walletBalance holds your current balance.

The same code with the message Solana paymaster unavailable means the paymaster could not be reached. Retry shortly.

-32000 Invalid transaction

The transaction could not be decoded or was rejected by validation. The message names the reason. Common causes:

  • Insufficient token payment: the token payment no longer covers the fee, usually because prices moved since the quote. Get a new payment instruction, rebuild the transaction, and send again.
  • A signature is missing. Every signer other than the paymaster must sign.
  • The fee payer is not the address from getPayerSigner.
  • An instruction uses the paymaster for something other than paying the fee or the rent of an account the transaction creates.
  • The paymaster would spend more than 0.1 SOL on the transaction.
  • Simulation failed. Fix the transaction as you would for any failed Solana simulation.

-32050 Account not found

An account the transaction needs does not exist, such as your user's token account for the fee token.
